Summary
Art Puzzle VR is available on Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest. The Apple Vision Pro version runs locally on your device and does not collect, store, or transmit personal information. The Meta Quest version uses Meta Horizon Platform features for leaderboard and player-profile functionality, as described below.
Information We Collect
Art Puzzle VR does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, telemetry, or our own user account system. For the Meta Quest version only, the app may access limited Meta Horizon account information through Meta Horizon Platform features so leaderboard and profile features can work.
Meta Quest Platform Data
On Meta Quest, Art Puzzle VR may access and process the following Meta Horizon account information when you use leaderboard or player-profile features:
- Meta user ID
- Meta display name or profile name
- Meta profile information provided by Meta for platform services
We use this data only to identify your player profile in the app, submit, display, and retrieve leaderboard scores, and show your player name in leaderboard or score-related UI.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide Meta Horizon Platform features. Art Puzzle VR does not operate its own user account database. Leaderboard data for the Meta Quest version is processed through Meta Horizon Platform services.
Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of data associated with your Meta Horizon user ID by contacting us at fftu0316@gmail.com.
Please include the app name, Art Puzzle VR, and your Meta Horizon username or user ID if available. We will delete or anonymize any app-stored data associated with your account, such as leaderboard or profile records we control, unless we are required to retain it for legal or security reasons. Data processed directly by Meta Horizon Platform services may also be subject to Meta's own account and data controls.
Hand Tracking and Spatial Data
Art Puzzle VR uses platform hand-tracking, controller-tracking, and spatial APIs provided by Apple visionOS or Meta Quest system software to let you pick up and place puzzle pieces. This data is processed locally by the operating system and the app, and is never recorded, uploaded, or shared by us. It is used only in-the-moment to move puzzle pieces and is discarded immediately.
Camera and Environment
Apple visionOS and Meta Quest system software may composite the app's virtual content with your real surroundings to create the mixed-reality view. The app does not have access to the raw camera feed or to a scan of your room, and does not store any imagery of your environment.
Painting Content
All painting images are bundled with the app at download time. They are public-domain works sourced from Wikimedia Commons, the National Gallery of Art, and similar open-access museum collections. The app does not download additional content at runtime.
Network Communications
The Apple Vision Pro version does not connect to the internet during gameplay. The Meta Quest version may communicate with Meta Horizon Platform services for leaderboard and player-profile features. Core gameplay, audio, and visuals do not require our own servers.
Third-Party Services
Art Puzzle VR does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting services. On Meta Quest, the app uses Meta Horizon Platform services for leaderboard and player-profile functionality.
Children's Privacy
Art Puzzle VR does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Apple Vision Pro version does not collect personal information. On Meta Quest, leaderboard and player-profile features use Meta Horizon Platform account information as described above and are subject to Meta's account and age requirements.
Changes to This Policy
Any changes to this policy will be reflected on this page and, where significant, called out in the relevant store update notes.
